This is the catch all page.  Everything from straight up tenant improvements to seismic upgrades, roof structure beam replacements over occupied spaces, lobby renovations and new amenity areas.  Amenity areas range from simple seating areas to bocce ball and horseshoe areas with BBQ stations, keg stations, televisions, music, outdoor fitness areas and many, many work stations.
