650 Newport Center Drive is a 387,500 SF, 20 story office tower.  Parking is accommodated in an adjacent 8-level, 397,000 SF parking structure with 4 levels below grade and 4 levels above.  Project includes the seismic upgrade and partial demolition of the adjacent parking structure. 650 Newport Center Drive is certified LEED Silver.  Completed in 2013
